We want you to be happy with your Little Village order. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Size exchanges
If a clothing or sized item doesn’t fit, please contact us and we’ll happily help with a size exchange, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Toiletries, personal-care items & snacks
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened toiletries, personal-care products, snacks and other consumable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalised items
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If we’ve made a mistake or something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right and cover the reasonable cost of getting the incorrect or damaged item back to us.
Return delivery
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
