These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Little Village Club website and your purchase of products from us. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Village Club.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Delivery Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit or override any rights you may have under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
1. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
When providing information to us, including when creating an account or placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, photography and natural variations in products.
Product descriptions, contents, availability and pricing may change from time to time.
Where a product or bundle contains selected or curated items, we will endeavour to supply the products described on our website. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you where a material substitution or change is required.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have in relation to defective, unsafe or unsuitable goods under applicable South African consumer law.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
Orders are subject to availability and successful payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or an inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, particularly any sizes, personalisation, recipient information, delivery details and gift messages.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable South African law.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery page and at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights regarding delivery under applicable South African consumer law.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable South African law.
Certain goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an exception permitted by law applies, including certain personalised goods, goods made to a customer's specifications, goods that by their nature cannot be returned, or goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website, including our branding, logo, photographs, illustrations, graphics, written content, product presentation and website design, belongs to or is licensed to Little Village Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Little Village Club's online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate the online store, but purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Little Village Club.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection legislation.
